The Food safety for food processors training and certification is designed to train food processing operators. This includes small scale & large scale industrial methods used in making or producing food, snacks or confectionaries.

Our objective is to train staff and employees in food processing organizations on food safety principles. Such training will include good manufacturing processes as it relates to food processing and HACCP processes and principles.
